False advertising product not new factory sealed

I just rec The Office box set that I ordered from the hotboxset website. WELL the price IS too good to be true. The dvds are not in the original packaging and you can clearly see that they have previously been handled. They are in cheap plastic cd jackets and they are not in order of season or disk numbers. Also some of the dvd's are not labeled matching the dvd when it is played. For example on the dvd it says season 3 disk 7 and when the menu comes up when you go to play it, it says season 3 disk 5 etc, etc. Very dissapointed. First time ordering from them. I wanted to get the sopranos boxset for a xmas gift but I kept telling myself to just wait until I rec the first order to see how it was but I am impatient so I went ahead and placed the order on friday. They have already debited my account but it took a week before the first order shipped, So I have sent an email to the customer service dept explaining to them about the previous product not being as described etc and told them that I wanted to cancel the order, waiting to hear back... But with no number to actually talk to a live person I am probably screwed out of another 60 bucks because they probably will not cancel the order. The only plus is that once I tried to get the dvds in order I randomly went through and they did play. The false advsertising just makes me mad. Don't tell me that something is factory sealed new in box and it is CLEARLY not. I just really do not want to have to give someone a gift that has clearly been used. Will update once I hear something back.
