Company is a fraud

Ordered collection of gumsmoke DVDs and 2 years ago - DVDs were bad - not good quality -
I decided to order again because I really wanted a complete set of the series - not realizing I ordered from the SAME COMPANY - Received and not good quality - you can tell they had been copies - I am viewing the 1st box of DVDs and 2 do not every play at all and the others in the disk are not good quality.
