Stubhub used deceptive tactics to claim that I didn't follow the guarantee guidelines

I paid FIVE TIMES face value for tickets to the home opener for the Dallas Cowboys. I paid for the tickets on May 13 with a guarantee that I would receive them in time for the game. I attempted to login several times during the next few months to check the status of my shipment, oddly enough, my account was LOCKED. I finally called to see why my account was locked on September 3rd and they didn't know why. I noticed that my tickets were supposedly delivered in August. FedEX noted they were left on my door step. I notified Stubhub immediately of the situation. They stated that I should look around my house and see if they were left somewhere. To no avail, the tickets were not found. I contacted Stubhub 2-3 more times and on September 16, they stated they would contact the seller to see if reprints were available and that I should wait to be contacted back by them. September 23 (3 days AFTER the event) I received a notice that the reprints were not available. Now their argument is that I do not qualify for the guarantee because the event has already occured. I did everything in my power to notify them I did not receive my tickets. They have closed my case with them and now I am out of pocket $788.
