Notified emusic to cancel subscription within 30 days never ordered music... They continue to charge my credit card ard

I sighned on for the free 30 day trial in order to find out more about the offer. Shortly after I realized their music was not for me and cancelled with an email. Unsuccessful tryng to reach them by phone. They continue to bill my credit card. How can we address this rip off and put a stop to it.
