Order not received but somehow returned

I requested among the large disc sets that TimeLife often promotes on the infomercials. I'd simple pay put up and therefore they'd consider 4 installements from my consideration to cover the purchase. I saw my consideration to ensure these were getting the things they were designed to. Once the 4th installement was obtained I thought the purchase could be delivered and so I waited... And waited... And waited. I delivered them a contact a week ago informing them I'd never gotten the purchase. I acquired a postcard within the email 4 days laters stating that since I have had delivered my purchase also it was after dark 3 months mentioned within their plan for results, they mightnot provide me a reimbursement but would happily trade for another thing. Used to do not return the purchase - I never obtained it as well as worse, after I named them, they stated there is nothing they might do. I had been billed $120 to get a disc collection that used to do not obtain and there's nothing they are able to do!!!
