Bad Business Practices or Incompetent?

I requested 100 Classics for Rest (a-5-Disc selection) from Time-Life in the initial cost of $9.99. This recommended (even when I didnot understand it w/d I didnot give consideration after I requested, but that is my problem) that I had been likely to obtain, and become billed for, add'l CDs in the same selection frequently. Well, nowadays I obtained my first "add'l Disc", which, easily do not return it to Time-Life, will definitely cost me $24.99 plus S&H. Envision how amazed I had been after I recognized this "new Disc" was the same Disc as you of the initial five CDs. I'm unsure what is worse: If Time-Life screwed-up and inadvertently sent me exactly the same Disc again or if Time-Life does this purposely therefore ostensibly conning the client whonot get any extra price but is billed a significant $25. They're possibly inexperienced or their company methods are dubious to place it nicely.
