I requested two fragrances about the 1st of Feb. Since I recently shifted, I improved my handle specifics in my own purchase. Then I obtained a contact requesting to verify the delivery address. I responded and established the brand new target. Then I obtained another mail requesting to verify the payment address. I also established that. They delivered another mail stating my handle differs than I supplied. I told them that I recently shifted, this really is is my new handle which is same for both delivery and payment. I wrote my mail by having an upset tone when I was sick and tired of their emails. Then I waited to get a week. I tested my purchase, it had been still pending. I delivered a contact requesting the standing of the purchase, and that I obtained exactly the same mail requesting to verify the handle details. I proved my handle all over again. Waited for another week, also it was still on-hold. I eventually delivered another mail to request the standing of course if it's still pending I published them to stop the purchase. Then I acquired an answer stating my purchase was terminated. They intentionally place my order on-hold for 2 months for no cause, and after fourteen days they created me to stop the purchase. I came across their perspective therefore inexperienced and childish. I'm today awaiting a return. I'll not purchase something from their website again. I delivered my feedback for them, but no any solution not surprisingly.
