Unprofessional, termite infested, leaving open tabs unrequested longwood

I went to this bar on a tuesday, it was karaoke night... I was helped by this nice waitress named hasel. My buddies and i ordered some food, and according to the waitress, when they serve food, there should be no smoking.in front of us was a group of men, late 20's, smoking and blowing smoke right over our food while the waitress walked by to serve it to us. I made a complaint, but the manager wasnt available. The person in charge was erica, who offered us a complimentary meal, but never told the gentlemen to stop smoking, which defeated the whole purpose! I got up to go to the bathroom, and from the corner of the kitchen floor, i seen a roach! It was a baby roach, but it was the most disgusting thing i had seen in a restaurant! At that instant i asked for my check, but then i realize the lady erica still charged me for the "complimentary" meal, plus added everyone elses order from the table, when i deliberately asked my tab to be separate! So instead of erica jus re-writing the tab, she calls over the waitress hasle, and yells at her in front of the entire bar! It was unprofessional, i really didnt want anyone getting in trouble, the waitress looked embarassed, and it wasnt even her fault! U would think management would know how to compose themselves and fix the issue at hand... Long story short, i would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
