A new young waitress was the only waitress there at 10:00 P.M., and the restaurant was swamped. She was still learning how to do everything, and some of the customers were beginning to get angry. The only cook was another young girl, whom had been there for quite some time. When she was finished cooking one meal, she would go outside to smoke and talk to her friends. She could have helped the new waitress out. I feel that this waitress should have picked up an ordering pad and taken some orders. The co-worker support at this restaurant is quite horrible.
