Efusing to give back deposit

After I registered of Directv, I had been informed I'd to put on a $200 deposit that might be attributed back again to my consideration within the next 10 weeks. It never occurred. After I transformed providers in July of I had been informed I'd obtain it given that they hadn't acknowledged me for this, once I delivered the gear for them. Which was a few months ago. I've approached Federal Trade Commission and submitted a proper criticism and plan to contact Customers Safety and also the BBB. Those who have or is prepared to perform a COURSE ACTION SUIT, please achieve this.
