Columbia House Records - Takhar Collection Service
Threatining Phone calls about a non existant payement from 2007. Putting us in a collection company. No Product received from them

I have been receiving threatening calls for a collection agency called Takhar Collection Service for Columbia House Records.in Marh 2007 I sent them a $57.00 payement and they assured me we would not here from them again.

Not only were they not sending us CD's, but I just recently in 2008 have been receiving harrasement calls from their collection agency! They would not even give me a phone number for Columbia to contact them about why they are calling. They said I was wasting their time and would be putting me in collections. We never received a bill through out the year to red flag an issue. We have not received any CDS either!

I asked to speak with a manager and they put me on the phone with a woman who would not identify themselves and would not lead me to a number to contact a direct link to Columbia House Records.

She said she would have to look for the address and number and I was wasting HER TIME!!! She wanted me to make a payement over the phone of $57.00 for something I never received merchandise or a bill on.

Way to go Columbia House! A year later and you decide to start calling our home and harrasing us over a product never given???
