Tickets purchased over face value on 4/13 and confirmed the following day via telephone at 9:30am EST, whereas I was promised they would be mailed via 2 day delivery.
I was contacted again 2 hours later that day stating that there was a problem and the tickets I purchased were not available because of a mixup.
I was offered other tickets whose cost would be more than double the original price charged to my credit card on 4/13. The replacement tickets offered were far inferior to those I originally ordered and had confirmed both in email and via voice.
Contacted repeatedly by sales. Was promised a followup by management to attempt to resolve. Was never contacted.
