Bait and switch sales tactics and denied a $50 credit

StubHub sold baseball tickets to me with a confirmation number. They did not send the tickets for a long time until a few days before the game. I finally called and they said the tickets were no longer available. They said I can buy other tickets that, to me, were not good. They offered a $50 credit for future purchases. We went to use the credit for the next baseball season and they said no problem with the credit. After we went to the game, the credit card bill came without the promised credit. We called and wrote to StubHub and they are avoiding and ignoring us. Customer Service says they see the credit in the system but Accounting will not grant us what they promised.

Boycott StubHub!
