Charged my card even though he said he wouldn't and then was rude and kicked me out without giving back the card. Ripoff

Went there to enjoy some music. At the end of the night I went to close out my tab and the bartender said he lost my card. He said he wouldn't charge it. I was out of town so I kindly asked him to look again and he got nasty and kicked me out without hesitation. That night I found that he charged the card he 'lost' and said he wouldn't charge. I went back the next day to retrieve it and the bartender was extremely rude and admitted to stealing my card and kicked me out without giving it back. Had to cancel my card.
