I signed up for a club pogo free 2 week trial october 19. The information stated that i would be charged nothing until the end of the trial (november 2), and then only if i did not cancell the membership. I learned from my bank that on october 30th, pogo put a hold on my account in the amount of $39.99 (the cost of a 6 month membership) which caused an overdraft fee from my bank of $32. I contacted pogo and requested that they credit my bank account with the $32 overdraft fee or reinstate my club pogo (which i had cancelled the day i heard from the bank) for the $7.99 difference.
I have contacted them 3 times, with only automated responses stating that they have received my contact and will get in touch with me. Pogo did not actually make any money off me, but i ended up paying $32 for a 'free' trial due to the overdraft fee. Pogo misrepresented the fact that you are not charged anything before the end of the trial.
