Pogo's Terms & Agreement states that you need to have enough money in your checking account in order for them to debit your account. (Of course that's if you're paying with a debit card.) Pogo does not notify you that your bank account is going to be debited. This happened to me in the amount of: $39.99 and I did not have enough money in my checking account to cover the debit. The bank paid Pogo the money because I have over draft protection, but the bank charged me an additional: $12.00 for the over draft coverage. I cancelled my Pogo subscription and requested a refund of the: $39.99, but Pogo has not replied to my emails nor have they refunded my money. FaceBook makes it so easy to blast companies like Pogo, but I would still like to receive a refund. $39.99 isn't a lot of money to Pogo, but it's a decent amount to me.
