Paid Club Pogo Year in December but Account Shows Only Pogo

I paid for a year subscription for Club Pogo. Now I log on and it gives me just Pogo not Club Pogo so I can't play my games or do my badges. I paid for a full year in December so my year isn't up til Dec. Please fix this problem right away. Thank you
