Park West Galleries ripoff, fraud, dishonest Southfield Michigan

I bought a painting from this company and found out that they lied to me to get me to buy the painting, that is fraud. I called their "dispute" department and they said they were sorry that their representative lied to me.

They eventually refunded the cost of the painting. They refused to refund my sales tax of $342.97. That is against Florida law.

They withheld $874.00 for "restocking fee"!!

They admitted committing the fraud, they are being investigated by Florida Revenue Department, and I have to pay them a restocking fee!!!

American Express, the company that stands behind you whenever you buy something, said this. "Unfortunately, AmEx cannot dictate a merchant's refund policy". But they will stand behind a bunch of frauds.
