Mission West Rv Park sold 117 Promisary notes. Mission West told the residents they were good for life. Now Mission West under new management but same owner will not honor them. Mission West refuses to honor them or give me my $10,000. Back. Mission West management and workers have no clue what to do in the office. Half of Mission West staff cannot use computer software. Mission West also list all these things on their website, but don't honor. Mission West has people stalking some of the residents that are on the lawsuit against them Mission West blames everything that happens on the frc. Which stand for Free Rent Contract. The Mission West staff treat these people absolutely horrible. Mission West is now renting out those sites to others when it isn't legal because of the law suit. Texas has a law protecting winter Texans. Mission West is treating these elderly winter Texans horrible. One of Mission West staff almost hit an frc person with her truck. The Mission West staff has talked so badly about the frc that Mission West staff has devided the park. Mission West staff and management have called the frc names. Calling us the Bad people, free loaders trouble makers.in a meeting with the "owner" of Mission West he called the frc a "Bunch of hard heads" and tried to physically kick our attorney out of the meeting. One of Mission West owners body guards also knocked a senior citizen down to the ground and hurt him. He had to go to the emergency room. Because of the actions of Mission West staff and management friends are no longer friends and almost half the people are leaving Mission West Rv Park. Mission West pool and hot tub half the time wasn't heated. Residents of Mission West were in the hot tub and their skin turned blue. You had to scrub to get it off. I would never recommend Mission West to anyone ever!!!
