Ripoff, fraudulent charges

I ordered concert tickets trough Tickemaster.com in Oct. They sent me a $25.00 rebate check, which I happily cashed.

Then in Nov. I recvied a $9.00 charge on the card I had used to purchase the tickets, but it just showed up on my statement as a check card transaction, so I did not know where the charged came from.

The following two months I was charged this $9.00 fee again, so I called my bank to find out where they were coming from. They told me the charges were from "Entertainment Rewards".

I had no idea what that was, so I Googled it, and found this website (usacomplaints.com) which said to call my bank to dispute the charges, but instead I called the phone number it listed for the company, 1-866-364-1333.
I got ahold of an operater and told her what had happend, she canclled the membership to the company, and refunded the total $27.00 that I had been charged. It wad qucik and painless, and I got my money back.
