Unethical business dealings, Failure to live up to policy Ripoff

I purchased a set of DVD's from EMPIRICAL FILMS. It was the old COLUMBO TV Series.in the terms of agremment policy they promised "quick" service.

However, after they billed my credit (Which they did quckly) it took them nearly a month to mail the DVDs. Then, when I finally did received the DVDs, I had to contact them by e-mail to report that Disc #1 and #19 were defective.

In fact Disc #1 is completely blank. After I sent no less than 6 e-mails, they finally responded in an e-mail saying that they would handle the problem.

That was back in November of last year and I still have not heard from them as of this date 1/16.

If they think I am going to let this matter drop they wrong. I purchased those disc as a gift for my father who loved the old Columbo show.

This company has done nothing to put my mind at ease over this matter. I think they are trying to hide behind the Anonymity of the Internet.

Is there something that you can do to make them respond to my request to replace the defective discs? By the way that is what the company "policy" says they will do. But they have not done it my case.
