BestBuy Ripoff Steals from YOU using their own return policy

I purchased the DVD, "Jesus of Nazareth" in a two-disc set from BestBuy 03/04/06. I took it home, opened it ONLY to discover one of the discs was missing! I went back to BestBuy with the receipt abd the original packaging. I was told I was out of LUCK! I would have to take it up with the manufacturer!

Here's MY advice... OPEN all your DVD and CD's at the checkout counter, because the policy is if you open it, it is NON returnable. Even if its EMPTY.

More about this... The DVD was supposed to be the full version, unedited on two discs... It had only one disc in the package and IT WAS edited. I reported this all to Artisan, which is a part of Lionsgate Films. NO response.

Now, I have 1/2 of a edited movie, I am out 20.00 and time. BestBuy got my money and I got NOTHING.
