Ripoff completely lied about a party

We purchased 2 $100 tickets on New Years Eve. Both the director of marketing that sent emails and their website clearly stated the party would include:

Six hour open bar
Buffet
Party from 8pm to 3am
Appetizers
Party Favors
Video Walls

We arrived at 8:30 and stood in line, outside, in 40 degree weather until 11:45!! On New Years Eve! The "six hour open bar" turned into a "2 hour open bar" because they stopped serving at 2. There was NO food anywhere! At least not in the regular section, maybe VIP. We didn't get party favors, no video walls... It was a total lie! All we got was a crowded room with a crappy dj for 2 hours. They totally scammed us out of $200.
