Ripoff dishonest ripoffs

I have a charge for 20.83 for a 6 min call that was charged to my phone from a third party without my permission. I have tried calling when they say their hours are the hours given are from 8: am to 5pm cst.

When I cll times that it should be open their is never a person that answers it stateds different hours was state when a message was left at my home hour from 8:00 - 11pm then I recvd a letter in the mail which stated thier hours are 7: am to 10:00 CST. I even tryied the web sight it states that the certificiate is under a different name that the web sight I didn't want to take any changes using it.

I have not paid the bill and will contiune to fight paying it because for there to be a charge from a third party on the phone I would have had to give them permission which was not don. Unless someone is using my information to get the call through.
