I had a $14.95 and a $19.95 fee taken off my checking account for the above named companies. They have the same address, but are separate departmetns. I did not recall authorizing this at all so I called them and they stated that I had talked to them three months earlier and had set up the monthly fee. I honestly do not remember doing this, so I asked them to cancel the membership because I did not want it. I also wrote a letter to both places and requested my money back. The debit to my account took place on June 21. On July 17 or 18, there was another $14.95 debited to my account from Passporttofun. I immediately wrote them another letter requesting that this be refunded. On June 21st, I was credited with $1.00 each from passporttofun and shoppingessentials. They are a rip-off as I do not know what part of "Cancel the Membership" that they do not understand.
