Vistaprint, passporttofun withdraw money from my account without my permission

Passporttofun has went in to my checking account and got $ 14.95 with out my permission, did not know who they were tell I looked at the ripp off site and found that they are the same company as vista print, in which I have purchased some bussines cards from and paid for, but I did not give them (passport to fun) permision to get the $ 14.95 out of my acount. They have illegaly done this, they thefts.
