I had a slight problem with my card so I change it to another. I gave them my new card for billing on 7-10-05. The are billing me from 10-3-05 & will not fix this.

Also, I have a full queue for rentals. Everything I have/had shows that it's available now. I was to get my videos shipped on Monday 7-11-05. One of the movies was shipped & recieved on Tuesday 7-12-05. I just recieved the other 2 on Saturday 7-16-05. It took them 6 days to get me 2 of the movies in my queue that was available now.

I sent them an 3 emails about this & it took almost a week just to get a responce from them.

I am now joining online. I am paying for crap service if I stay with that worthless company.
