Ticketmaster
Ripoff, failure to refund, conversion, theft, practice of failure to issue tickets paid for Boston

Recreation & Entertainment

Tickets were purchased at a ticketmaster outlet. The ticketmaster system crashed after payment but before tickets were printed. The company was unable to print the tickets after hours of waiting. The company refused to refund the money. The company gave the number for customer relations, who after days and numerous phone calls refused to refund the money.

Finally ticketmaster agreed to issue the tickets or refund the money if the customer agreed to return to the same location where the credit card was charged. Unfortunately, the tickets were purchased in Boston but the customer is now in Florida and therefore unable to return to the location. Ticketmaster refused to refund the money or mail the tickets. Customer relations admitted that this is a reoccuring problem - the system crashes and tickets are not issued or refunded - Ticketmaster keeps the money.

This is a clear case of theft by the company, and an ongoing practice by the company whereby they steal from their customers.
