Skullcandy warranty voucher claim blues!

Skullcandy 's ear buds failed and I, a Canadian residnet, applied for the warranty replacement.
I heard nothing back and had to phone them about my claim and they emailed me witht he credit code number and insturctions how to claim it for product purchase.

Things took the turn for the worse when i followed thier redempiton steps and tried to order the prodcut from their web site! I could not find the shooping cart to place the desired product it in! Felt really dumb and even invited my colleagues to solve this puzzle! We all tried very hard and gave up. I finally phoned their help desk to place the order. When i expressed my frusfrustration to thme in terms of not being able to place an order from Canada through thier website, as they had advised me to do, I was simply informed that the Canadian website is no longer able to take online orders! Why did they not have the courtesy to inform their Canadian clients about this on thier website is beyond comprehension! I guess they simply do not care about Customer Service.
