Order Status? - Customer Service

I placed an overnight order with Skullcandy.com on Saturday, Dec. 20th. It is now Wednesday, Dec. 24th, and I have no tracking number, no responses to my online queries, and no one has been answering their customer service line for 2 days now. I just want a package tracking number, and they have made it impossible to obtain one.
