Took my money, didn't send me the product, all emails bounce back

Ordered on 11 November they took payment (over $100) on 13 November and sent email saying that my order was confirmed. All links on the email were invalid and emails sent to their linked email address are undeliverable.

I bought these DVDs for my daughter for xmas and she will now be devastated.

Not Happy!!!
