The FAQs on the website for BestBuyAnime.com states they charge a customer right before they ship. My credit card was charged the full price of my order on the day I submitted it, which is November 27... Four months ago. To date, I have not received any portion of my order. I requested for BestBuyAnime to cancel my order and refund the price, $157.40 (includes shipping), to my credit card. I have not received a response to my emails. This was my first order with BestBuyAnime.

As of the time of this posting, Scambook has not rated BestBuyAnime.com, which has at least three separate company profiles on Scambook's site, as shown below:

None of these company profiles are rated (note that BestBuyAnime.com is the same company as Discount Anime USA and AnimeZanime—it is likely that several other Doing Business As aliases exist). Scambook should consolidliate these profiles and update the rating accordingly. Depending on the specific words entered in Scambook's search function for BestBuyAnime.com, several matching complaints are missed. For example, searching for "BestBuyAnime.com" versus "Best Buy Anime" or "AnimeZAnime" will yield different results. Do not allow companies to circumvent scrutiny with basic name change tactics. I would support a class action suit against this company if they do not attempt to make good on valid complaints.
