I placed an on-line order with The Fatwood Company on October 22 for 70 fatwood firestarters (14"-18"). I used PayPal and my order was charged through them on October 31st. I have not received my order yet. I sent an email to aaron@fatwoodonline.com on November 5. I sent follow-up emails on November 8 to contact@fatwoodonline and again at aaron@fatwoodonline.com. I have not received any confirmation by email that my order was sent nor have I received any information on the status of this order. I would like the fatwood order I placed, but if it can't be fulfilled I want a refund.
