I had purchased several dvd animes from the company listed. They sent me the reciepts of my orders (Which I still have on file) and said I would get at least 5 emails detailing what was going on with my order. After several emails and calls to their support staff during December when I made my orders they still have not responded. I looked around on my bank statements and noticed the company AnimeZanime.com charging my account. After comparing the charges and dates of charge I quickly realized it was the same company using a different name to charge me. I just turned the claim over to my bank to recover the lost funds and their going to credit me back everything. I'm reporting this as a warning to those looking to buy from them. Avoid this company at all costs.
