I had used this title companies services in the past and was ok with using them again. I went to close on an another home purchase and found they change the title fees prior to closing my loan. The fees jumped up $900 more from what they quoted me in the start of the process. I was not happy but need to buy this house. Later I found there has been a changes with some of the ownership and management in the past few years. Don't fall in the same trap I did.
