Reliance Protection Plans

I canceled my services with reliance 04/07. They are harassing me for money that I do not owe them. I switched to another provider and their equiptment was returned to them but they are still sending me bills?!!
Now they are saying that I have to contact their Protection Plan Services by mail to cancel them? OMG!!!
I didn't have to do that to get the service so why should I have to do that now. They are trying to charge me a large cancelation fee and they have been paid by the other Company that I am using now, National Home Services which is a Canadian Company and this is my preference. If this harasment contiues I will be taking legal action against them. Yellssss... They are liars and cheats!!!
