Unrequested Protection Plan Letter at $19.20 a Month

I just received a letter by mail congratulating me on choosing their protection plan covering my furnace and air conditioning for $19.20 a month and asking me how I wished to pay. Several options were offered: credit card, online, etc. I had an account number.

I have had no previous contact with this company and have no interest in their product.

I called them. They stated I had entered into a contract with them. They had my telephone number along with my address. I told them no way and not to bother sending me any bills.

I expect to be billed and threatened with a collection agency when I do not pay.
