I would NEVER use this company again. - Jose Olivares and Sam Rafeh

I went to buy a home, Jose Olivares was the selling agent. Jose failed to fully disclose the extent and severity of problems surrounding the property.

A neighbor who had previously attempted to purchase the property informed us of all sorts of information he had discussed with Jose and seller months before, that was never revealed to us.

The neighbors lawyer and agent both gave us signed affadavits clearly indicating what Jose knew.

Jose's agent, Sam Rafeh, refused to do anything about it even when he saw the affadavits. Sam just ignored the problem and refused to discuss the matter.

This isn't the first time this office has been in trouble either. Just do a google search for " Century 21 hilltop fraud", and you'd find links to a lawsuit just a few years ago.

Very bad experience.
