Payments sent back to put me into foreclosure

I got behind on payments due to my soon to be ex-husband not paying. I spoke to Jose Morales to work out a schedule to save the house.
I agreed to give him about 17.000.00 then add a little over a 1.000.00 to the next 6 months of payments. At the end of the extra payments and several months of back to normal payments I got a call from Jose Morales at Bayview.
Jose then informed me that I had missed one of the payments at 3.400.00 and that for 16.000.00 I could have the loan reinstated.
I was very upset that he had let this go on and not informed me earlier. I offered to mail that payment to him, but he insisted that I would need to send him the 16.000.00 to not be put back into foreclosure.
Ther is something wrong in the system to the consumer when you can charge 16.000.00 with a payment of 3.400.00 and accept 6 months of payments past the reinstatement time only to send me back 3 months of payments put me into foreclosure again and tell me that they can make money on the property because of the location.
Meanwhile they sat on the house while my attorney tied them up in court to recieve no payments from me for 18 months. After the foreclosure I had a buyer during the redemption period and my real estate agent had tried to get them to sell the property only to find out that they had hired him to represent them.
They not only lost a sale of the property tring to make a profit they sat on the house 9 more months and made 1.000.00 over the original offer. I think we as American Consumers should not fell SORRY for any of the Mortage Companies nor BAIL them out they should be seen for what they really are and that is GREEDY!
