Would not refund money

I recently made a purchase 08/05 for a very expensive portable baseboard heater $151.20 total. I decided to return it on 08/09 at8: oopm I got a run around because I purchased it with my visa debit card that I purchased from and loaded at walmart. They said it was ran as credit so they could not give a cash refund. I argued with them that it is not a credit card but a debit card. They wanted to give me a Lowes in store credit, of course I did not want $150 on a Lowes card I wanted my money back. Then they tell me they can put the refund back on my debit card but it will take up to 14 days to get credited to my card. They got their money debited off my card instantly, but they want me to wait 14days. Needless to say I walked out with the heater and without my money. I will never shop there agian, also the disrespectful attitude I recieved the giggleing from the girls in customer service very unprofessional.
