I purchased 2 items at Burkes in Bay St. Louis used my debit check card took the items homes to make sure they were right for the occasion since I purchased them on a Friday which is a discount day. The store would not let me return the items or exchange them because I bought them on a discount day the would have to just credit it back to my credit card and I would have to purchase some else again and wait 3 to 5 days for the refund to be put back on my debit card they have already received their money but wanted me to tie up my money to purchase something else. I shop at this store all the time. I was very disapointed at the way your policy goes. And the manager was very rude.
