Lack of service and later ignored phone calls

Two large trees hit my home during a derecho on july. State farm stated that I needed their service. I called them right away and they came out within the hour. Paul the manager stated that it was not safe for them to enter with their equipment and staff. He wanted approval from the engineer that was 2 hours away and came out 1 week later. Meanwhile my home issues were not address. I called him back and told him that my contracted would sure-up the walls while they worked but the engineer and contractor did not think this was necessary. I was ignored by Paul during three different call attempts. Finally decided to call 911 restoration and they did job on the spot during their free estimate visit. Lesson learned CALL 911 RESTORATION first. Their opinion was that the job was to small for them to take care of it!!!
