Servpro shoddy service!

Servpro was hired for extreme odor removal and cleaning of a home. Carpeting was to be removed and walls and ceilings were to be cleaned/wiped. After 2 days of service they said they were done with project. Having only 2 people in home doing this job I was skeptical that they were done with the whole house! Upon entering home we noticed walls were not cleaned and cob webs were still hanging from the ceiling. Questioning Bill Richmond he said "well, we will do it again". Again Servpro workers cleaned my walls and ceilings supposedly. Next day Servpro was paid for their services. Ready to paint and looking closely at the walls and ceiling, I noticed nothing was cleaned. I still had webs hanging from the ceiling, grease was splattered above the stove, on the ceiling and globs of grease were actually hanging on the ceiling. Hand prints were on the walls and ceilings. Using on ly water and a towel on the paneling, the towel came back BLACK with dirt. Calling Bill back, he always had an excuse, " well we can come back again" he said. How many times should they need to do their job in the first place??? After many weeks of no return calls from them, I finally got ahold of the manager Derry at Servpro. He told me he was sorry I was disappointed in their services and there was nothing he could do, and then HUNG UP on me! Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in the services Servpro performed, or didn't perform. I will never recommend Servpro to anyone. And encourage NO-ONE to use their services!
