Real estate agent not looking out for client's best interest

Mark Rawson of Lillooet ReMax was all but helpful in our purchase of property in Lillooet. It appeared that he was looking out for his own best interest and not ours. According to the contract, he was negligent of his duties, making up excuses claiming it was coming from the seller...
The run around got so bad we almost scratched the whole deal.
