Freedom Mortgage - Unlawful acts - Freedom Mortgage withholding money for financial gain

I am writing on behalf of our loan that got transfered to Freedom Mortgage. My husband and I are more than extremely upset with their business practices... And we've gone BROKE over your company's inability to handle their jobs responsibly. We have amazing credit, have always paid our loan on time and in return... We arenever paid out the money due in order to finish our home.

Every single time we put in a draw request, we have been shorted money or REFUSED WITH NO JUST REASONING. As my husband is an accountant and I am an interior designer, we are more than qualified to handle the job&monetarily and project reasoning-wise. We have been refused money due to "health and safety issues not being resolved, " yet no one at all will tell us what "heath and safety issues" are. It isn't even defined in the mortgage contract, so there is no lawful reason to withhold. Again, they are withholding our money... Which we are dutifully paying our monthly rate for, for absolutely NO LAWFUL reason. We are nearing the completion of our project with ONLY minor things to be completed and you still hold a great sum of our money in their possession. With complete knowledge of health and safety factors, due to my job, I am able to say that Freedom Mortgage is hiding behind a lie.

They are refusing professionals, working on our house, payment for jobs completed. We, in-turn have had to pay OUT OF POCKET all of the money needed. Imagine not getting paid for work completed. Because I'm positive THAT is illegal. They have, in-turn, put us in compramising situations. We now have substantial amounts on our credit cards (which we are ALSO paying interest on, on top of the interest for this loan that they won't give us the money for). Please tell me how this makes sense? We have been nothing but compliant with the guidlines of this loan and Freedom Mortgate has been nothing but a nightmare to us.

No one will respond to us about this&they just continuing to withhold money from our loan
