Seterus
Seterus is the worst

Our mortgage was with Pursuit, who offered it to LBPS, that will be today Seterus. I've had only a headache because this happened 1 1/2 years back. Pursuit offered it without having my understanding in Oct. 2010. Created my cost to Pursuit, but somehow neither Pursuit or LBPS have report of it. That places me 30 days behind which begins the headache.

I've attempted to no-end to correct this issue. Today because Seterus has ostensibly transformed their title from LBPS (I wonder why), I’m however being billed late charges plus they state I’m 2 month’s behind. Attempt to correct that by delivering the correct cost to create me-up to-date plus they deliver it back.

What’s an individual to complete. Today they're stating I’m 3 month’s behind and facing foreclosure.

There out to be always a regulation against a debt-collection company looking after mortgages.
