Green Tree Mortgage no help, waste of time

After working for months with Green Tree and sending multiple P&L statements I am now being told they cannot modified our home loan as we do not have enough (any) income. I have explained for months now that since my husband and I are both self-employed and doing whatever we can that we have had negative income which is WHY WE WERE ASKING FOR HELP TO BEGIN WITH. So, guess they want me to lie and show a profit just to get a reduced payment??
