Carl Moore Scam, liar, word document for statement, down payment assistance scam

I was using Carl Moore to help purchase a property. His website states he does this type of work (down payment assistance)

Carl has you send him the money and he promises that a bank statement will be produced in the clients name. After Carl gets the money he changes his story. He states this has worked 1,000's of times but he will not give you any of the names.

For the bank statement he produces a word document with an account number, name and balance. Carl Moore then sends this to the lender as proof of funds. The lender rejects the word document as junk.

Once the word document fails Carl states the loan failed because of another issue. Then he stops returning phone calls and emails.

Carl Moore and Sooner Federal are a scam!
