Lawyer didn't verify for the home purchase shutting that the C.O. Was available before evening before we were designed to shut 4/13. The vendor didn't have correct plumbing and electrical permits. Shutting wait set us in a resort for nearly 14 days and also the lawyer wouldn't consider any obligation for neglect of maintaining along with our document and confirming all which was required to shut. Lawyer also not likely to bat for all of US to obtain resort cost compensation from seller because itis vendor's responsibility to possess C.O. Bad connection, sluggish reaction, NO SYMPATHY for the scenario whatsoever. Stay away from this guy and his team... Don't take liability or responsibility for almost any exercise at work.
