Fraudulent Activities

I created a hotel booking with Agoda. After I got towards the resort they stated there is a booking but I had been designed to purchase the area after I got towards the resort plus they didn't possess a king-size space possibly as required in my own scheduling. At the moment, Agoda had previously obtained cost from my banking account. I named them immediately and there plus they stated they'd return to me after they had talked with resort. Obviously I'd to pay for again in the resort since I'd no-where otherwise to proceed. Agoda broker obviously never called me back. I've named them many times as well as delivered a duplicate of bank record using the cost I designed to the resort. The standard reaction is we're examining. This all occurred in September, today it's Sept plus they nevertheless haven't returned my income. I'll certainly be seeking this more in small claims court. Businesses such as this should not be permitted to occur if all-they do is try to defraud clients.
